How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple. Click "Get Started" on our homepage, enter your email address, create a secure password, and verify your identity through our KYC process. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.
What documents do I need for verification?
You will need a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months), and a selfie for biometric verification.
How long do deposits take?
Bank transfers typically take 1-3 business days depending on your bank and country. Card deposits are usually instant. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed after the required number of network confirmations (usually 10-30 minutes for Bitcoin, 1-5 minutes for Ethereum).
What are the fees?

Is my money insured?
Yes, custodial assets are insured for up to $100 million through Lloyd's of London. This covers theft, hacking, and operational errors. 98% of digital assets are held in offline cold storage.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy), SMS, and hardware security keys (YubiKey, etc.). We strongly recommend using an authenticator app.
Can I have a business account?
Yes! Business accounts include multi-user access, mass payouts, treasury management, and API integration. Visit our Business page or sign up with a business email to get started.
What countries do you support?

What is the minimum deposit amount?
The minimum deposit is $10 for fiat currencies and 0.0001 BTC (or equivalent) for cryptocurrencies. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though large transactions may require additional documentation.
